1. What attacks the last three tributes? Some capital mutations of wolves made from the tributes' bodies attacked the last three tributes. They way Katniss could tell this was by their eyes, Because Their eyes were the same of the dead tributes.
2. How does Katniss use her last arrow? She shot it at Cato's skull, when he was lying injured on the floor inside the Cornucopia, to end his misery because the mutts were slowly eating him up.
3. What happens when the Gamemakers revoke the rule change? They wanted only one winner to win and Katniss or Peeta refuse to kill themselves or the other. So they both choose to kill themselves by eating the poisonous berries that also killed Foxface.
4. Who wins the Hunger Games? Katniss and Peeta both win because they were both going to kill themselves so the gamemakers got scared and let them both win. But unfortunately for them this might arouse problems with the capitol.QUOTES
